Koza

Terms of Service

Last updated 22 October 2026.

These terms cover your use of Koza on iPhone.
Koza is made by Furkan Kaynar, an individual using the Appgea brand, in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Contact: devappgea@gmail.com

Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Health and safety

Koza saves what you enter and shows summaries of it.
It is not made to diagnose, treat or prevent any illness.
It does not give medical advice.
Growth charts, fever cards and patterns describe your own entries only.
Koza never suggests a medicine, a dose or a time between doses.
Dose reminders use the gap you type from your doctor's instructions.
Reminders can arrive late or not at all.
That happens when notifications are off, the phone is off, or the system holds them back.
Do not rely on Koza alone for medicine times.
Ask your child's doctor about any concern.
In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Free trial

Koza is free while your baby is on the way, and for 7 days from the birth.
If you start Koza after the birth, the 7 days start when you add your baby.
If the birth is never recorded, the 7 days start 14 days after the due date.
No card is needed. Nothing is charged when the trial ends.
Reinstalling Koza does not restart the trial.

After the trial, adding most new records needs the yearly plan or the lifetime purchase.
These stay open without paying: seeing every record, reports, the first-year book, export, backup, and logging fever and medicine.

Yearly plan and lifetime purchase

The paywall shows the price before you pay.
Apple charges the Apple Account you use to buy.

The yearly plan renews automatically every year until you cancel it.
Cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current year ends.
Deleting Koza does not cancel the plan.
If you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the year you paid for.
If a plan ends or is refunded, Koza works as it does after the trial. Your records stay, and what stays open after the trial stays open.

The lifetime purchase is one payment. It does not renew.

If the App Store shows Family Sharing for a purchase, your Apple family group can use it too.
Use Restore purchases in Settings after reinstalling or on a new phone.
Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, under Apple's rules and your legal rights.

Sharing a baby

You can invite other adults to a baby through iCloud.
Everyone in the share can see, add, edit and delete all records of that baby.
Invite only people you trust.
While your purchase is active, the people you invite can add records to that shared baby without paying.
If your purchase ends or is refunded, that stops too.
Stopping a share does not remove copies already on other phones.

Nearby sync pairs phones with a code over the same Wi-Fi.
Anyone who scans your code can see, add, edit and delete all records on the paired phones.
Show it only to people you trust. The same purchase rules apply as for iCloud sharing.

Your records

Your records stay on your phone. With iCloud on, they are also in your own iCloud.
Appgea has no copy and cannot recover lost records.
Appgea cannot recover a backup password either.
Back up the records you want to keep.
The privacy policy explains how your data is handled.

Notes and photos you add stay yours.
Only add photos you have the right to use.
Do not use Koza for anything unlawful.

Who Koza is for

Koza is made for adult parents and caregivers.
