This privacy policy applies to the Tavlaskor app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Furkan Kaynar (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not require registration and does not collect personal information directly. However, the Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, measure app usage, diagnose crashes, and process optional in-app tip purchases.
Third-Party Services
The Application uses the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob: The Application displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device information, advertising identifiers, and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. For more information, please review https://policies.google.com/privacy.
- Google Firebase Analytics: The Application uses Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the app (screens viewed, features used, session counts). Firebase Analytics may collect device identifiers, usage data, and approximate region. For more information, please review https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
- Google Firebase Crashlytics: The Application uses Firebase Crashlytics to detect and diagnose crashes and stability issues. Crashlytics may collect crash stack traces, device model, operating system version, and a Crashlytics installation identifier. - RevenueCat: The Application uses RevenueCat to manage optional in-app tip purchases (e.g. "Buy us a coffee"). RevenueCat receives a randomly generated anonymous user identifier and the purchase events associated with it. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment details. - Apple App Store / Google Play Billing: When you make an optional in-app tip purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple (on iOS) or Google (on Android). The Service Provider does not see or store your payment details. Apple and Google handle this data under their own privacy policies.
Location Information
The Application may request access to your device's location to let you tag a game with the venue or city where it took place. This location data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers or stored by the Service Provider. You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings.
Data Collected by Third Parties
Through the services listed above, the following types of data may be collected:
- Device identifiers (Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS, Firebase installation ID, RevenueCat anonymous ID)
- IP address
- Device information (model, operating system)
- App usage data and app events (screens, taps, sessions)
- Ad interaction data
- Crash diagnostics (stack traces, device state at crash time)
- Purchase history for in-app tips
This data is collected and processed by the respective providers according to their own privacy policies, linked above.
Opt-Out Rights
You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:
- On iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
- On Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
You can disable Firebase Analytics collection on Android by clearing the app's data, or on either platform by uninstalling the Application.
You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process on your device.
App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS 14.5 and later, the Application will request your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You can change this permission at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Children
The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at furkankaynary@gmail.com to request deletion.
You must be at least 16 years of age to consent to data processing in certain countries (in some countries, a parent or guardian may consent on your behalf).
Data Retention
The Service Provider does not store any personal data on its own servers. Third-party services (Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play) retain data according to their own retention policies, linked in the Third-Party Services section above.
Security
The Service Provider values your trust and strives to use commercially acceptable means of protecting any information processed through third-party services. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
