By downloading, installing or using the Key Master mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service
Key Master is a free-to-play mobile game about running a key-cutting shop. It is provided for entertainment only. Nothing in the App teaches or enables entry into property you do not own.

3. Eligibility
By using the App you confirm you can enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

4. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the App for any commercial purpose

5. Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App
- Use cheats, exploits, automation or modified clients
- Transmit malicious code
- Break any applicable law

6. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items
The App offers in-app purchases. Some are consumable, such as in-game cash packs. Some are permanent, such as ad removal, the cosmetic pack and the starter bundle.
- In-game cash and items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money
- Consumable items are non-refundable once used, except where law requires otherwise
- Permanent purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google account and can be restored on the same platform
- All payments are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds follow their store policies
- Prices are shown in your local currency and vary by region
- We may change prices, item values and the items on offer at any time

7. Advertisements
The App shows advertisements from third-party networks. Rewarded advertisements are optional and give an in-game benefit. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements. Ads can be removed with a one-time purchase.

8. Game Progress
Your progress is stored on your device. Deleting the App, clearing its data, or losing the device removes that progress permanently. We cannot restore it.

9. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including graphics, audio, text and code, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not use it without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
