1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading or using Hayrola, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE APP

Hayrola is a dream journaling and interpretation app that provides interpretations based on Islamic tradition and symbolic analysis. All interpretation is performed locally on your device — no dream content is sent to any server. The app does collect pseudonymous usage statistics (which screens are opened, how often a reading is requested) to improve the product; see the Privacy Policy for the full list.

3. NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Dream interpretations provided by Hayrola are for informational and reflective purposes only. They do not constitute religious rulings (fatwa), psychological advice, or medical guidance. Do not make important life decisions based solely on an interpretation from this app.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

Use the app only for lawful, personal purposes
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
Not use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within Hayrola — including the interpretation engine, symbol database, UI design, and text — is the property of Appgea and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without written permission.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PURCHASES

Hayrola offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions to unlock premium features.

Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store).
Subscription pricing and renewal terms are shown at the time of purchase.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's refund policies.
We do not process payments directly and do not store payment information.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Hayrola is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that interpretations will be accurate or complete.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appgea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or reliance on dream interpretations.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version will always be available at the link provided in the app.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
