Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how 2048 Cities ("we", "our", or "the app") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application.
Information We Collect
The app itself does not require an account and stores your game progress locally on your device. The only data leaving your device is handled by the third-party services below.
Advertising Data
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect:
- Advertising ID (can be reset or opted out in device settings)
- General location (country/region level)
- Device information
- Ad interaction data
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and UK, personalized ads are only shown with your consent.
Purchase Data
In-app purchases (e.g. Coin Doubler and coin packs) are processed by the Apple App Store / Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. We do not see or store your payment details. RevenueCat starts when the purchase service initializes. It processes pseudonymous app-user identifiers, transaction and entitlement records to validate and restore purchases.
Information We Do NOT Collect
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Precise location data
- Contacts or address book
- Photos or media files
- Payment card information
- Social media accounts
> Note: the app does not currently integrate any analytics or crash-reporting SDK. Your gameplay statistics stay on your device.
Data Storage
All game data (cities, build power, coins, statistics, settings) is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. We do not maintain user accounts or store personal data on our servers.

Children's Privacy
2048 Cities does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is rated 4+ (iOS) / Everyone (Android) and contains no objectionable content.
Your Choices
Use any advertising privacy choices available inside the app. On iOS, Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking controls app tracking permission. Apple Advertising settings control Apple's own advertising and do not withdraw AdMob consent. On Android, advertising identifier controls are available in device privacy settings. Device controls do not erase data already received by providers.
Data Retention
Local game data remains on your device until you uninstall the app or clear app data. Any data collected by the third-party services above is retained according to their respective policies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date.
